The Story Travelers Bible (children’s)

Three musical notes chime from the minibus. “Please climb aboard,” a pleasant voice says.

This is a fun way to learn stories from the Bible. We climb aboard the bus and travel along with Lana, Munch and Griffin as they travel through the Holy Land. The pages are fully illustrated in bold colors and the stories are told in a simpler fun way. There are think about it bars, other side bars with memory verses and references to where in the Bible to look for scripture to learn more about the story. In the story of Noah’s Ark,  Noah had the exact measurements for the ark and they are given in one of the ‘think about it bars’ found throughout,  interesting facts there for any age.  Great information and the stories are made to understand and remember.  I really like this book and I’m finding I like it as a nice study tool for teaching my Grandchildren the wonderful stories of the Bible..

About the Book

High-quality illustrations, engaging sidebars, and scripture passages draw kids into the narrative. The Story Travelers Bible teaches kids that the Bible is more than just a bunch of tales told by parents and Sunday school teachers, but the Bible documents God’s work in and for His people from the beginning of time. The Story Travelers Bible will take kids on a ride through 85 Bible stories.

365 Pocket Morning Prayers

This morning prayers devotional is one for “Strength and Joy to Begin Each Day”.. The size is 4 x 6 with a leather like cover which made it easy to hold. There is a ribbon to keep your place which I really like. The introduction says prayer is a privilege, prayer is personal and prayer is powerful and I agree that this book will support and encourage me to begin my day in prayer and in turn  strengthening my faith.  I did like that I could turn to a specific topic or just read straight through. I really liked that there are sections so that I could choose to pray in praise, confession or be given a challenge for the day. Each day has a prayer and a scripture verse that will help me start my day in a positive way. I think it is a very nice devotional and I know I will enjoy it for the next 365 days. Not only to start my mornings but throughout my day.

Hidden in My Heart Scripture Memory Bible, NLT

I rePackagingally enjoyed reading through this Bible. It reads easy and the verses for memorizing are highlighted and in  three offered versions. This would be a great family time study Bible. I know I like how it’s laid out and memorizing along with children makes for a great family time study. There is some information at the beginning of each book that helps you know more about what you will be reading. There is a lot of lists and topics to use at the back of this book that will also aid in studying. Another fun thing about this Bible is that it comes with  a download code for scripture memory songs for the 100 Core Verses. I found it easy to get to the songs and the singers were fun to listen to and the songs relevant to the verse being memorized. I think they will be easy to memorize and sing along with. I think this is a very nice Scripture Memory Bible that will see a lot of use.

ABOUT THIS BIBLE:  Scripture memorization grounds kids in the faith, equips them for the future, and solidifies relationships with Christ, family, and others. The Hidden in My Heart Scripture Memory Bible was created to encourage kids not only to read God’s Word but also to hide it deep within their hearts. One hundred of the Bible’s core verses have been set to music by renowned children’s author and song writer Stephen Elkins. The 100 songs include a variety of genres and are available in the New Living Translation, New International Version, and King James Version, and all songs are free with the purchase of the Bible. Additional interactive features encourage school-age kids to engage with the Word in every place of their life.
